Having recently been named in the top 100 most influential people in shaping UK and India relations, Pranav is involved in UK local, UK national and Indian politics. He is the convenor of the UK-India Young Leaders Forum and co-chair of the India -UK Legal exchange programme which is working to create a policies for stronger UK and India post-Brexit ties for millennials.
Pranav Bhanot is the editor of the book “The Living Bridge – The UK-India Diaspora and the Rise of the Millennials” and has advised the Hon Smt Sushma Swaraj (Indian Minister of External of Affairs), M.J Akbar (Rajya Sabha member) and Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore (Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport) on strategies in which India can more effectively engage with the British Indian Diaspora.
Pranav is the former president of BPP Law School (London) and the National Hindu Students’ Forum (UK). He was a candidate in the Local Elections 2018 and by profession is a litigation solicitor.
