Tejinder is a self-made award-winning entrepreneur; he has founded two start-ups, which have become multi-million pound companies. He strongly believes in doing business with consciousness: his development company “Redsky Homes” is renowned for both sustainable and ethical development. Tejinder is a philanthropist at heart and has done considerable charitable work in Odhisa and Punjab. He has organised various medical camps and cataract surgeries for thousands of less fortunate people in India. He strongly believes in giving back to society and making a difference to the world. He provides on going support to hundreds of students by providing them with educational opportunities, which offers them social mobility.
