Zac meets CF India executives, as free membership announced
Zac Goldsmith MP, the new Co-Chairman of Conservative Friends of India, has hosted executive members of the group in Parliament.
Meeting members alongside Co-Chairman Dr Rami Ranger, Mr Goldsmith spoke about the importance of forging a closer relationship with the sub-continent and how CF India will be working to ensure conservatively minded British Indians can contribute to the party.
This includes a new policy of free membership of Conservative Friends of India which will attract more British Indians from all walks of life and across the country to contribute to the group and the party.
Mr Goldsmith and Dr Ranger will be working closely with the executive members to organise events across the regions as well as in London that help the diaspora connect with the party and to help shape the understanding and appreciation of Conservatives towards India and Indians in the UK.
